IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

By using this website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. The AlphaFX and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights on the website and material on the website. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the service, use of the service, or access to the service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us. You agree to not share the AlphaFX video links, Telegram group channel.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. This includes everything and anything to have the right to change without notice.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

Discord

Members are only allowed to join the discord server with 1 account only. Using the invite link for multiple accounts or abusing the invite link can result in permanent termination.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any purchase you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for the purchase you make in the check out.

RISK

Please do not trade or invest based solely on this information. Forex trading carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for all investors. You must be aware of the risks and be willing to accept them to invest in the forex market. By accepting the terms of this agreement, the student agrees that he/she understands the principles of transactions, as well as acknowledges the risk of complete loss of his/her financial assets when trading with financial knowledge. The use of our information, weekly analysis setups, products and services should be based on your own due diligence and you agree that the AlphaFX is not liable for any success or failure of your personal use that is directly or indirectly related to this purchase.

TERMINATION

You are not allowed to share any information from the AlphaFX  videos, pdf files , or links. If found that a member is sharing those information, the member is subject to termination immediately. You will no longer have access to the AlphaFX!

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the United States, international copyright laws, and international conventions. The Content and the Marks are provided on the Site “AS IS” for your information and personal use only. Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of the Site and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.
Provided that you are eligible to use the Site, you are granted a limited license to access and use the Site and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in and to the Site, the Content and the Marks.

REFUND DISCLAIMER

Due to our services and education being a digital service that can easily be copied and saved, refunds are discretional. You agree to this policy and accept that we will not process refunds unless the owner agreed to do so. There are multiple cases when refund was processed of course but please email us with the details of your request.

In case of a refund we will deduct transaction and administration fee.

Monthly Subscriptions

Cancellation must be requested via email. Please note we do not fiddle with pro-rata calculations or do partial refunds. Cancellation is cancellation and terminated right on the day when received.
